1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Slick Social ("the Service"), operated by Slick (CR 459750, State of Kuwait), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Slick Social is a social media management platform that provides:

• Content scheduling and publishing to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat
• Advertising campaign creation and management across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads
• WhatsApp Business messaging and campaign management
• Analytics and performance reporting across all connected platforms
• AI-assisted content generation

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You own or have proper authorization to manage the social media accounts you connect to the Service
• You have the right to publish any content you submit through the Service
• You will comply with all applicable laws and each platform's terms of service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Data Usage and OAuth Tokens

When you connect your social media accounts, we store OAuth access tokens and account identifiers securely. These credentials are used solely to:

• Post content on your behalf to the platforms you authorize
• Create and manage advertising campaigns on your behalf
• Retrieve analytics and performance data for your accounts

We do not use your tokens for any purpose other than the actions you explicitly request. Tokens are stored encrypted and are never shared with third parties.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Slick a limited license to process and transmit your content to the platforms you select for publishing.

6. Advertising and Payments

When you create advertising campaigns through the Service, charges are applied directly by the respective advertising platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat). Slick is not responsible for ad spend charges incurred through your connected advertising accounts.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Slick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Third-party platform outages or API changes may affect functionality.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, we will delete your stored credentials within 30 days upon request.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
